A Clinician’s Guide to Teaching Mindfulness
Writing this book together has been a true collaboration. We have typically used the pronoun “we” to share informa-
tion or a story. While it is our pleasure to teach together often, some of the stories here are from one or the other of
us. Some examples we offer are composites to make a point, and all names have been changed to ensure our partici-
pants’ confidentiality.
